Edora was
encountered by SG-1 when the SGC wanted to initiate negotiations to obtain
the naquadah that is abundant in the soil. The planet passes through a
meteor belt every year with meteors striking the planet every 150 years or
so. When SG-1 was on the planet the meteors struck, leaving Jack stranded
and the Stargate buried for three months. |

The Other Side
Euronda is a barren
planet whose surface has been poisoned at the start of the planets long
running civil war. The Eurondans, who possess advanced technology and
discovered the Stargate, started the war in an attempt to wipe out the
Breeders, who reproduce without regard for genetic purity. With
SG-1's help the Breeders were able to wipe out most, if not all, of the
Eurondan forces. |

Episode Prisoners
This planet
is used by the judicial body, known as the Taldor, as a prison for all
criminals, no matter what the crime. The Taldor had no use for the planet
so they turned it into a prison whereby the prisoners live underground, in
what is believed to have been a Stargate terminal.It is believed that the
top of the world was at one point home to an advanced society, but is now
thought to be uninhabitable. SG-1 was sent to this planet after
unknowingly aiding a criminal but later escaped with the help of Linea. |

Episodes Singularity | Rite Of Passage
Since Hanka
is nearby a black hole, SG-7 was stationed there to examine this
singularity. The surrounding areas are comprised mostly of farmland and
the local population is estimated to have been roughly 100 people. Prior
to SG-1's arrival, the Goa'uld Nirrti introduced a deadly virus into the
local population, killing all but one of the natives, as well as SG-7. The
survivor, Cassandra, was to be used to destroy Earth's Stargate. SG-1
later returned to the planet and discovered a secret lab indicating that
Nirrti was experimenting on the Hankans and wiped them out to conceal her
actions. |

Episodes Out Of Mind | Into The Fire
This planet
has large areas of forest and appears to be close to another planet or
moon. This was the planet where Hathor established her secret base,
creating a replica of the SGC in order to get SG-1 to reveal useful
information. When the SGC received word from the Tok'ra that SG-1 were
being held on this planet, a rescue team was sent to retrieve them. There
were numerous Goa'uld defences placed around the base (force shields and
cannon towers) as well as underground Tok'ra tunnels. Once Hathor was
killed by Jack these defences were destroyed. |

Episode Double Jeopardy
Juna is a
fertile planet with rock formations in close proximity to the Stargate. It
was on this planet that SG-1 helped free the local people from Heru-ur's
forces, who were banished and the Stargate buried. SG-1 had to return to
Juna after they learnt that Cronus and their artificial duplicates were
there. Cronus most likely came to Juna in order to maintain the planet as
some sort of strategic military position. The two teams were able to
defeat and kill Cronus, offer his Jaffa freedom and take his mothership. |

Episode The Warrior
Kel Mah was a
base for rebel Jaffa under the leadership of Kytano, First Prime of
Imhotep. SG-1 travelled to the planet to provide the rebel faction with
resources and aid their cause. It was later revealed that Kytano was
actually the host to Imhotep and was using the Jaffa as his followers. Yu
became aware of the rebel base and sent a mothership to eliminate the
Jaffa, forcing them to evacuate from the planet. |

Episode Maternal Instinct
Kheb is the
mythical place where Osiris hid from his brother Seth and was the planet
SG-1 and SG-2 travelled to to retrieve the Harcesis child. Kheb's Stargate
address is not on the Abydos cartouche but is in the SGC database under
the Ancients addresses inputed by Jack. Bra'tac identified the planet as
being despised by the Goa'uld and one of a group of planets whose
resources were depleated by mining - the Lok'na'ko. The planet has large
mountain ranges and monastic buildings built by an advanced race before
they ascended to a higher plane of existence. These aliens later took the
Harcesis through the Stargate. |

KHONSU'S BASE

Episode The Other Guys
When SG-1
were captured by Khonsu's Jaffa they were taken to this planet for
interrogation. The mission was to be caught and brought to Khonsu, an
undercover Tok'ra, where he could tell them how Anubis was getting access
to advanced technology. Unfortunately Khonsu was killed by his First Prime
and it fell on two SGC physicists to rescue the team. The planet appears
lush with a lake and a Goa'uld pyramid structure near the Stargate. |

K'Tau, a
planet closer to its sun that Earth, is an Asgard protected planet under
the protection of the Asgard Freyr. In order to travel to the planet,
numerous
Stargate protocols had to be overidden resulting in the wormhole passing
through the planets sun. The sun shifted to the infrared end of the
spectrum, eventually causing all plant, animal and human life to die. A
number of plans were implemented, none of which worked, until the Asgard
intervened and restored the sun to its natural state. |
