HATHOR'S SECRET BASE
Related Episodes  Out Of Mind | Into The Fire
This planet has large areas of forest and appears to be close to another planet or moon. This was the planet where Hathor established her secret base, creating a replica of the SGC in order to get SG-1 to reveal useful information. When the SGC received word from the Tok'ra that SG-1 were being held on this planet, a rescue team was sent to retrieve them. There were numerous Goa'uld defences placed around the base (force shields and cannon towers) as well as underground Tok'ra tunnels. Once Hathor was killed by Jack these defences were destroyed.

Related Episode  Double Jeopardy
Juna is a fertile planet with rock formations in close proximity to the Stargate. It was on this planet that SG-1 helped free the local people from Heru-ur's forces, who were banished and the Stargate buried. SG-1 had to return to Juna after they learnt that Cronus and their artificial duplicates were there. Cronus most likely came to Juna in order to maintain the planet as some sort of strategic military position. The two teams were able to defeat and kill Cronus, offer his Jaffa freedom and take his mothership.
