Ramiel
The Fifth Angel - Of Thunder

This airborne, diamond-like Angel's namesake is
often identified with the superangel Uriel, the chief of thunder. Ramiel
precides over true vision, has authority over the souls that will be raised from
the grave on Judgemnet Day, and is rumored to have destroyed the hosts of
Sennacherib.
Ramiel is by far one of the more powerful Angels
to be pitted against the awesome might of the Eva series. Ramiel's armament
consists of a drilling or boring device, which the Angel uses to attack NERV
directly, and an exceptional AT field, so powerful in fact that the spatial
changes in phase generated by the field can be seen by the naked eye. As if this
weren't enough, Ramiel is also capable of skimming across surfaces and possesses
a devastating accelerated particle beam cannon capable of shooting right through
an Eva given roughly five seconds. Ramiel also indiscriminately targets
opponents that enter within a set distance of the Angel, thus all in all Ramiel
is a flying fortress capable of decimating those foolish enough to approach.

* Destruction of
the Main Body or Core will kill the Angel. The core is a small and difficult
target to strike, requiring a called shot -3 to strike at long range. Also
note that because the Core is encased in it's crystalline body, Ramiel's
core can only be hit by an attack doing over 350 M.D. in one blast, where
the first 350 M.D. are delt to the main body, and any additional damage is
done to the Core.
SPEED:
FLYING: Ramiel is able to fly and hover,
at a maximum altitude of 2km, and at speeds of up to 150kmph.
STATISTICAL DATA:
DIMENSIONS: 200mx200mx200m
PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Essentially, none, becaues it cannot exert any
kind of force for lifting or HTH combat.
POWER SYSTEM: S2 ENGINE. Theoretically can
supply power for an indefinate ammount of time.
WEAPON SYSTEMS:
1. PARTICLE BEAM CANNON:
The most devastating attack ever demonstrated by an Evangelion since the
Second Impact. By generating massive particle energy from it's core and
accelerating it, Ramiel can form a beam that will literally rend apart
anything in seconds.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Blow-Apart-Anything-Assault
RANGE: 10 kilometers
MEGA-DAMAGE: 4d6x10+10 M.D. per blast, the beam can be
sustained doing an additional 4d6x10+10 M.D. per action, as long as the
target does not move, but the sustained beam can only be held for a maximum
of one melee.
RATE OF FIRE: Each blast takes effectively atleast two
actions, one for Ramiel to mass and accelerate upon itself, and the second
to fire the beam, and any subsequent actions used to sustain it.
PAYLOAD: Effectively unlimited
NOTES: Ramiel's cannon is strongly affected by magnetic
forces, i.e. the earths gravity, or other magnetically accelerated attacks
(railguns, other particle beams, plasma, etc). If a simultaneous attack is
made with such a weapon against Ramiel's beam, and it's strike is equal to
or greater than Ramiel's, both attacks interfere with each others magnetic
fields, causing them to repel and deviate, so neither INTENDED target is
struck.
2. DRILL: Ramiel's weapon for drilling
into heavily armoured stationary targets (like NERV HQ in the Geofront). The
weapon's effect is so absolute that it can't really be assigned a
mega-damage rating. Straight forward, the drill can bore it's way through
40m of stone and earth every half-hour, and 10m of mega-damage strength
metal every half hour.
NOTES ABOUT RAMIEL'S OPERATION
A.T. (ABSOLUTE TERROR) FIELD: The main
defensive function on every Angel. Ramiel's A.T. Field is so powerful that the
spatial changes in phase generated by the field can be seen by the naked eye,
able to deflect up to 800 M.D.! (any attack over that does full damage) However
it is known, that one A.T. Field can be neutralized, by creating another within
a 10m distance, which overlaps and obliterates the phase space, rendering both
fields inoperable.
COMBAT: Rameil simply attacks any moving thing that gets to
close, or anything that attacks it. Ramiel has a strange sort of radar or sixth
sense, so that you cannot sneak up on it entering it's field of attack. Anything
entering withing 2km of Ramiel is IMMEDIATLY attacked by it's Particle
Accelerator Cannon. Anything outside of Ramiel's 'attack zone' is essentially
safe, unless it attacks. Any attacker outside of it's 'zone' will immediatly be
attacked (however it might have to search for a few moments to find it's
attacker in the case that it is concealed).

- NO PARRY OR DODGE, PERIOD
- +6 to strike with it's Particle Accelerator Cannon.
